Step 01 — Initial Consultation
We meet with you to discuss your needs, preferences, and budget, then conduct a site visit to understand the project’s scope and any site-specific considerations. From there, we provide a preliminary budget estimate based on a price per square foot for the proposed build.

Step 02 — Design & Planning
We develop initial design concepts based on your requirements, present them for review, and make revisions until we reach final approval. From there we develop detailed plans including architectural drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.

Step 03 — Contract & Schedule
Once design is approved and the proposal is accepted, we formalize the build contract and establish a detailed project schedule, so every milestone, timeline, and expectation is clearly defined before construction begins.

Step 04 — Client Onboarding & Selections
You’ll be invited into BuilderTrend, our construction management software, where you can track progress, process change orders, and communicate directly with your team. Simultaneously our design team guides you through all material and finish selections, fully documented in a detailed specification plan.

Step 05 — Permitting & Pre-Construction
Monarch obtains all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, coordinates subcontractors, and finalizes schedules, so your project starts on time and on budget with zero loose ends.

Step 06 — Construction & Delivery
Your home is built to the highest standard with progress tied to clear milestones. Before handover we conduct a thorough final walkthrough and punch list, and deliver all documentation, warranties, and vendor information at closing.
